The pump optimiser forms part of our advanced pressure management solution and is used to remotely control pressure, or automatically optimise a control point. It operates directly on variable speed drives or via PLC controlled VSD pumps to help deliver consistent target pressure for customers, extended asset life for pumps and networks, reduction in leakage, bursts, operating costs and energy consumption.   • Accurate and complete data, securely communicated – optimiser logs flow, manifold pressure and demand set-point and is fully configurable to match available analogue signals
  • Precise control – apply your own control philosophy or use control curves generated by i2O algorithms. The system does not rely on real-time comms and is therefore not susceptible to communication network interruptions
  • Alarms – alarm thresholds can be individually set for each flow and pressure channel. A nightline period can be defined and alternative thresholds can be set for a flow channel to aid breach and burst detection
  • Bluetooth interface for local configuration and commissioning
  • Integrates with existing PLC or VSD pump control system
