South America’s water crisis
The Washington Post tells the story of a continent in crisis.
Drought in Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia.
No mention of Colombia. Yet it is affected by drought too, particularly in the coastal areas and the eastern region bordering Venezuela.
And while there are certainly localised issues like in La Guajira, there is no national water crisis.
